For the purposes of the provisions of Law 15/1999, of December 13, Protection of Personal Data, RODONDA INVEST 9 SL, hereinafter the “HOLDER” informs the User of the existence of an automated file of personal data created by and for the Holder and under its responsibility, in order to perform the maintenance and management of the relationship with the User, as well as the work of information, training and marketing of the service and activities related to them. At the time of acceptance of these general conditions the Holder will require the User to collect some essential data for the provision of its services.
Registration files and forms
The completion of the registration form is mandatory to access and enjoy all the services offered on the website. However, for newsletters you must provide your e-mail address and for the use of certain services under registration you must register as a registered user of the Holder. Failure to provide the requested personal data or not accepting this data protection policy means the impossibility to subscribe, register or participate in any of the promotions in which personal data are requested. The registered User or newsletter subscriber is solely responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the data included, exonerating the Holder from any liability in this regard. Users guarantee and are responsible, in any case, for the accuracy, validity and authenticity of the personal data provided, and undertake to keep them duly updated. The registered or subscribed user agrees to provide complete and correct information in the registration or subscription form. The Holder is not responsible for the veracity of the information that is not of its own elaboration and of which another source is indicated, so neither assumes any responsibility for hypothetical damages that may arise from the use of such information, the Holder reserves the right to update, modify or delete the information contained in its web pages and may even limit or deny access to such information. The Holder is exonerated from liability for any loss or damage that the User may suffer as a result of errors, defects or omissions in the information provided by the Holder whenever it comes from sources outside the Holder.

TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
The Holder will not transfer user data to third parties.
EXERCISE OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION AND OPPOSITION RIGHTS
